Our Leadership

Commonweal operates through an interaction of three sources of leadership.

Our Trustees agree the policy and criteria to be set for our projects and provide our Executives with the support of their wide experience and connections.

Our Staff apply the criteria and the policy when identifying potential projects and running existing projects.

We have a voluntary Advisory Panel of leading experts from across the fields of housing, charities and social injustice who provide support, advice and guidance to our Chief Executive and staff team. We are grateful to these individuals for the generosity in their support of the work of Commonweal Housing.
