Ashley Horsey - Chief Executive

Ashley Chief Executive Ashley has more than 20 years experience in social housing, much of it spent tackling homelessness. He is the former head of the Government's Bed & Breakfast Unit, where he reduced the use of B&B hotels as temporary accomadation for homeless families. He was Chief Executive of the Empty Homes Agency from 1998-2001.

Before joining Commonweal, Ashley was Commercial Director at Local Space, a new housing association in East London which delivered more than 1,100 additional social homes in just 3 years

Minee Pande - Project Officer & PA

Minee Project Officer Minee joined Commonweal in May 2010 having previously worked with Centrepoint, the youth homelessness charity.

Over the last 5 years she has worked in both the charity and public sector in the field of migration, working on projects for refugees and asylum seekers in the U.K.
